وبموجب مذكرة التفاهم، اتفق الجانبان على تنظيم دورات تدريبية وتسهيل قنوات نقل المعرفة، وتبادل المعلومات والخبرات وأفضل الممارسات في مجال الرقابة على التشريعات السارية والتحقق من مدى التزام الجهات الحكومية بأحكام هذه التشريعات.

Under the MOU, the two sides agreed to organize training courses and facilitate knowledge transfer channels, exchange of information, experiences and best practices in the field of control of existing legislation and governmental compliance verification provisions of such legislation.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 2:

Under the MOU, the two sides agreed to organize training courses and channels to facilitate the transfer of knowledge, exchange of information, experience and best practices in the field of control over the existing legislation and ascertain the extent of government agencies commitment to the provisions of this legislation.

Under the memorandum of understanding, the two sides agreed to organize training courses to facilitate the channels of knowledge transfer and the exchange of information, experiences and best practices in the control over legislation and the commitment of the government of the legislation.
