الفرضية الأولى : لا يوجد تحديد واضح لمراكز المسئولية في التنظيم الإداري في المستشفيات الخاصة بدولة الكويت .
الفرضية الثانية : لا يتم إعداد موازنات تخطيطية لتقويم الأداء في مراكز المسئولية في المستشفيات الخاصة بدولة الكويت .
الفرضية الثالثة : لا يتم مقارنة الأداء الفعلي بالأداء المخطط لغرض تقويم الأداء في مراكز المسئولية في المستشفيات الخاصة بدولة الكويت
الفرضية الرابعة : لا يوجد نظام تقارير متكامل لمتابعة الأداء وتقويمه في مراكز المسئولية في المستشفيات الخاصة بدولة الكويت .
الفرضية الخامسة : لا يوجد نظام فاعل يسهم في تعزيز نظام محاسبة المسئولية في المستشفيات الخاصة بدولة الكويت .

Hypotheses of research: Search assumptions are as follows: The first hypothesis: there is no clear delineation of responsibility centres in the administrative organization in private hospitals in the State of Kuwait. The second premise: planning budgets are not prepared for performance evaluation in centers of responsibility in private hospitals in the State of Kuwait. The third hypothesis: comparing actual performance to planned performance for the purpose of performance evaluation in centers of responsibility in private hospitals in the State of Kuwait Fourth premise: no integrated reporting system to monitor performance and behaviour in special hospitals responsibility centres in the State of Kuwait. Fifth premise: there is no effective system contributes to strengthening the system of responsibility accounting in private hospitals in the State of Kuwait.
