الموضوع/ تقرير زيارة مصنع الشعيبة

زيارة مصنع الشعية تم الالتقاء بالسيد/ انور والمهندس/عبد الرحمن وجوله داخل المصنع.
- وجود اتربة عند المدخل الرئيسى.
- وجود عبوات مياه فارغة على صناديق خراطيم الاطفاء.
- وجود ماكينة التغليف للمنتج النهائى عند دورات المياه .
- غرفة التدخين تستعمل للاكل والشرب.
- كميات من الاتربة داخل الممرات.
- بلاستيك الابواب الرئسية تالفة وعليهاالاتربة والاحبار.
- المكائن عليها الكثير من الاحبار الجامدة.
- استخدام قطع غير مناسبة لحماية تناثر الاحبار من المكائن ( قطع كرتون- قطع ورق) قد تؤثر على المنتج .
- مكائن التحكم عليها رواسب من الاحبار والاصباغ.
- عدم اهتمام العمالة بالنظافة العامة وحماية ملابسهم من الاحبار والاصباغ.
- استخدام براميل بلاستيك مفتوحة كحاويات قمامة بدل استخدام حاويات مناسبة ذات اغطية داخل مناطق الانتاج.
- وجود بعض قطع الاقمشة وغيرها فى انحاء مناطق الانتاج.
- عدم وجود تنظيم داخل مناطق الانتاج والمحافظ على نظافتها.
- عدم تنظيم داخل مناطق التخزين بصورة تساهم فى سهولة العمل.

وبحضور السيد/ سليم وتنبيههم على ان هذا عملكم ويجب القيام باعمال التنظيف والمتابعة مع العمال ومشغلين المكائن بشكل يومى وقبل بدء العمل وهذه هي منطقة عملهم يجب المحافظة عليها ولن يسمح باحد غير ملتزم بمستلزمات الامن والسلامة والاجراءات الوقائية للعمل يجب ان ينبه وان تكرار فعله يتم اتخاذ فيه اجراء من طرفكم ويرفع للادارة.


- ويجب ارسال طلباتكم لتوفيرها والادارة لا تترد فى توفير المستلزمات ولكن لن تتهاون فى اتخاذ اى اجراء تجاه المقصرين. خاصة نحن مقبلين على عقود مع شركات جديدة وزيارات من شركات التامين ومراقليين الهيئة العامة للبيئة والهيئة العامة للصناعة وانتم جهة الاختصاص.
على مدير المصنع تواجده فى موقع العمل قبل بدء تشغيبل ومباشرة العمل الى نهاية اليوم حتى تستمر المتابعة ومحاسبة المقصرين حسب تعليمات السيد / المدير العام فريد احمد.
- تم ابلاغهم بتكليف العماله يوم الجمعة لعمل نظافة كاملة وشاملة للمصنع.

ملاحظة
لوحظ وجود منتجات نهائية قديمة داخل المصنع ومجموعة من رولات التغليف التالفة والتى تشغل حيز من المساحة دون فائدة، بالاضافة الى قطع من ماكينة A4 التى لاتوجد لها استفادة لانه تم تحويل الصالح منها الى مصنع صبحان وبقيت القطع الاخرى.
