لا يجوز بيع الموجودات والاصناف الجد

لا يجوز بيع الموجودات والاصناف الجديدة بالمخازن والتي لم يتم شراؤها أصلاً لغرض البيع إلا بعد صدور موافقة بذلك من مجلس الادارة ، وتستكمل بعد الموافقة إجراءات البيع وفقاً لأحكام هذه اللائحة.

It is not permissible to sell assets and new items in stock that have not been purchased originally for sale only after approval from the Board of Directors, completed after approval procedures for sale in accordance with the provisions of this regulation.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 2:

It may not be sold assets and new stores and items that have not been purchased originally for the purpose of sale only after the approval from the Board of Directors, and be completed after the approval of sale procedures in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 3:

It is not allowed to sell assets and varieties, new stores, which was originally purchased for the purpose of sale only after the approval of the board of directors, the approval procedures for sale in accordance with the provisions of these regulations.
