3.7 يتم رسملة عمليات الاصلاحات الرئيسية والصيانة والإضافة والاستبدال الجزئي والتحسينات إذا توفرت الشروط التالية مجتمعة:  ألا تقل تكلفتها عن (ألف ريال). ألا يقل العمر الإنتاجي المقدر للأجزاء التي تم إصلاحها أو إضافتها أو استبدالها عن 12 شهر أو أن تؤدي هذه الإصلاحات والإضافات إلى زيادة العمر الإنتاجي المقدر بما لا يقل عن 12 شهر. بالنسبة للمباني المملوكة يجب ألا تقل التكلفة المضافة عن 5% من التكلفة الأساسية للأصل. ألا تكون عمليات الإصلاح العادية أو الدورية.

3.7 is capitalized major repairs and maintenance operations and add partial replacement and improvements if the following conditions are available combined:

 not less than the estimated useful life of the parts that have been repaired or replaced or added for 12 months or that these reforms and additions lead to the increase in the estimated useful life of at least 12 months.
 for buildings owned should be added 5% of the base cost of the asset is not less than the cost.

3.7 Major repairs, maintenance, addition, partial replacement and improvements will be capitalized if the following conditions are met combined:
• The cost should not be less than (1,000 riyals).
The estimated production life of repaired, added or replaced parts should not be less than 12 months, or these repairs and additions will increase the estimated production life of at least 12 months.
• For owned buildings, the added cost must not be less than 5% of the base cost of the asset.
• Not to be regular or periodic repairs.
