تقوم الدائرة تسجيل وتحرير الاوراق الماليه المملوكه للمساهم (المساهم) والمرهونه لصالح المرتهن (البنك ، شركة تمويل) ، وذلك بناء على طلب الجهات المرتهنه، وأيضاً تسجيل و تحرير الاوراق الماليه المملوكه للمساهم والمحجوزه بأمر الجهات المستفيده (المحاكم، والهيئه العامه لسوق المال)، وذلك بناء على طلب الجهات المستفيده.
