2. يعتبر المدير المالي هو المسؤول عما يلي:أ- إعداد وتنسيق إجراءات الإقفال السنوي وما يتعلق بها من مراجعة بالتنسيق مع مكتب المراجعة الخارجي .ب- إعداد جداول الإقفالات السنوية بالتعاون مع رئيس الحسابات بهدف التحقق من إصدار التقارير المالية النهائية في المواعيد المقررة ج-إعداد التقارير المالية النهائية بما يتفق مع أخر الأصدارات من المعايير المحاسبية المعترف بها.3. تخضع القوائم المالية الخاصة بالشركة للمراجعة السنوية بواسطة مكتب المراجع الخارجي المعين من قبل المدير العام.4. يتم تسليم نسخة إبتدائية من القوائم المالية الى المدير العام للحصول على توصياته والموافقة عليها.5. تبدأ السنة المالية للشركة في اول يناير وتنتهي في 31 ديسمبر من كل سنة ميلادية.
