2.7 يجب أن تظهر القوائم المالية كافة الأحداث والإجراءات التي قد تؤثر على حكم مستخدميها فيما يتعلق بالمركز المالى ونتائج أعمال الشركة .2.8 يجب أن تعد القوائم المالية على أساس الإستحقاق المحاسبي.2.9 ثبات طريقة العرض وكذلك الإعتراف والقياس يسمح بمقارنة المعلومات للفترات المالية. إذا كان التغير إجباريا نتيجة قوانين أو إصدار مبدأ محاسبي جديد فإن التغير ونتائجه المحاسبية وتأثيرها المالى ينبغي الإفصاح عنها وتبريرها في الإيضاحات حول القوائم المالية.2.10 كل بند أو بيان من البيانات المالية يجب أن يكون واضح ومحدد بشكل منفصل عن المعلومات الأخرى الموجودة في نفس القائمة . لذا يجب إظهار المعلومات التالية على كل صفحة من البيانات المالية :
