2.1 التقارير المالية يجب أن تصدر متماشية مع معايير المحاسبية السعودية أو المعايير الدولية ( في حالة عدم توفر السعودية ) التي تحكم إصدار تقارير النتائج المالية .2.2 التقارير المالية التي يجب أن تصدر عن الإدارة المالية هي: ▪ ميزان المراجعة. ▪ قائمة الدخل. ▪ الميزانية العمومية. ▪ قائمة التدفقات النقدية. ▪ قائمة التغيرات في حقوق الشركاء.
