- في حالة تأخر المورد عن سحب الأصنا

- في حالة تأخر المورد عن سحب الأصناف المرفوضة فللجمعية الحق في تحصيل مصروفات تخزين بواقع (5%) من قيمة الاصناف المرفوضة عن كل اسبوع تأخير لمدة أقصاها اربعة اسابيع ، وبعد انقضاء هذا الميعاد تتخذ اجراءات بيع الأصناف المرفوضة بناءً على امر من قاضي الامور المستعجلة ، ويكون البيع وفقاً لأحكام هذه اللائحة ويخصم من الثمن ما يكون مستحقاً للجمعية وإعادة المبلغ المتبقي إلى المورد.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:
