كفل النظام للعامل مكافأة نهاية الخدمة حيث يستحق العامل الذي امضى في عمله من سنتين إلى خمس سنوات نصف راتب عن كل سنة و راتب كامل لمن امضى اكثر من خمس سنوات عن كل سنة
