البند (9): التزامات المستأجر
1- يلتزم المستأجر بسداد ما يستحق على العين المؤجرة طوال فترة سريان العقد من قيمة الخدمات (الكهرباء – المياه – الهاتف)، وذلك بحسب ما تسجله العدادات الرسمية.

البند (10): التنازل عن العقد والتأجير من الباطن.
