اسلوب يتم بموجبة تنفيذ عملية شراء للمبالغ التي تزيد عن عشرة ملايين ودون ال 100 مليون للمواد والخدمات من خلال استدراج العروض من عدة موردين لايقل عددهم عن (3) تتم المفاضلة فيما بينهم لاختيار العرض الذي يتناسب ومصلحة الجمعية ويفضل توفر الشروط التالية في عروض الشراء المقدمه من قبل الموردين
