أهــداف المقرر:
إعطاء الطالبة فكرة عن التركيب الداخلي للحشرات المختلفة وتحوراته، مع دراسة مبسطة للنمو بعد الجنيني، وكذلك بيئة الحشرات.

محــتوى المقرر:

أ- الجانب النظري:
• دراسة تركيب ووظيفة الأجهزة المختلفة في جسم الحشرة شاملا ً ما يأتي:
1- الجهاز الهضمي : القناة الهضمية و ملحقاتها– عملية الهضم – الاحتياجات الغذائية – طبائع التغذية.
2- الجهاز الدوري : الوعاء الدموي – الفراغات الدموية – الدورة الدموية – الدم و الخلايا – تجلط الدم
3- الجهاز التنفسي : تركيب الجهاز القصبي – عملية التنفس في كل الحشرات الأرضية و المائية و الطفيلية
4- الجهاز العصبي : أقسامة – التوصيل العصبي – أعضاء الحس : المستقبلات الميكانكية و الكيميائية أعضاء السمع و الأبصار
5- الجهاز العضلي : أنواع العضلات – تركيبها
6- أعضاء الإخراج : أنواعها – عملية الأخراج
7- الجهاز التناسلي : تركيبة في الجنسين – طرق التكاثر
8- أعضاء الإفراز : أنواعها و إفرازات كل منها
