3.3 - المشاركين في الموازنات وأدوارهم : مجلس الإدارة / الإدارة العامة:- تحديد الأهداف القصيرة والمتوسطة وطويلة الأجل للشركة.- وضع الأهداف العامة السنوية للشركة. مع مراعاة ضرورة أن تكون الأهداف واضحة،قابلة للتحقيق وقابلة للقياس. - مراجعة وتقييم (مسودة الموازنة للمناقشة). - اعتماد "الموازنة النهائية" . - تقييم ومناقشة التقدم بشكل عام للشركة من خلال المقارنة بالأهداف الموضوعةوالتي يمكن قياسها.
