المواصفات النموذجية لروضة الاطفال

ان بناء الانسان لمكان و تجهيزه يخضع لاحتياجات الانسان من هذا المكان و علي هذا الاساس فاننا نتوقع من بناء و تجهيز الروضه او المدرسة ان يتفق مع الاحتياجات المرجوة من وراء ذلك .

و حيث ان هذه الاماكن قد صممت لكي يتعلم بها الاطفال فانها يجب ان تتيح المناخ و البيئة المناسبه لكي يتم فيها هذا التعلم و بحيث يجد كل طفل متعلم كافه احتياجاته .

و تؤكد الاتجاهات الحديثة في تربية اطفال ما قبل المدرسة علي ضرورة الاهتمام بالبيئة و المناخ الذي يتم فيه التعلم فبقدر ما يكون ثراء البيئة من حيث ما تقدمه من مثيرات و تحديات بقدر ما تستثير الرغبه ادي الاطفال للاستكشاف و البحث و المقارنه و التصنيف و التجريب و الابتكار وحل المشكلات .

فالاطفال يتعلمون بصورة افضل من خلال الخبرة المباشرة بالخامات و الادوات و في بيئة غنية بالمثيرات و المنظمه في نفس الوقت .
ان تنظيم الروضه يعتبر اولي الخطوات في تأثيث منهاج الروضه حيث اننا نحتاج الي خلق بيئة تعليمية موجهه ذاتيا اي اننا نحتاج الي توفير تنظيم معين لغرفة النشاط يتيح للاطفال ما يلي :
1- تحديد نوعيه الانشطة المتاحه
2- عمل اختياراتهم من الانشطة بانفسهم و تنفيذها
3- ان يشتركوا في هذه الانشطة بعمق و بحيث يحدث التعلم و بمعني اخر فانه في غرفة النشاط تصبح البيئة التعليمية ذاتها هي المنهاج .

ان المعلمه المتخصصة التي تتفهم كيف يتعلم الاطفال الصغار تنظم البيئة بحيث تمكنها من نوجيه طاقة الاطفال الي مناطق التعلم باكبر اهتمام من جانبهم .




**و بهذا يتسني للمعلمه ان تنفق وقتها في العمل مع الاطفال كافراد او كمجموعات صغيرة في اركان الغرفه التعليمية المختلفه تلاحظ و تدون انجازتهم من اجل دعم نمو هؤلاء الاطفال .

**و اذا ما كان لنا كمعلمات رياض الاطفال ان نوفر منهجا معبرا عن احتياجات الاطفال الفردية في اعمار و مراحل مختلفه اننا يجب ان ندع للبيئة التعليمية ذاتها القيام بالتدريس .

**ان هذا يحرر المعلمة في العمل مع الافراد و المجموعات الصغيرة و يجب ان يتم تنظيم البيئة بعناية بحيث يتسني للاطفال كافراد استخدام هذه البيئة بانفسهم و دون الحاجه الي الكثير من التوجيه من جانبنا .

**يجب ان تاكد من وجود الخامات و الانشطة الملائمة لمدي واسع من اهتمامات الاطفال الفردية و قدراته المتباينه .

**كذلك يجب ان نتاكد ان كل ركن تعليمي مجهز باحتياجاته و بحيث يدخل كل ركن ضمن خطة المنهج الكلي بطريقة مناسبه

**و هناك عدد من المواصفات الضرورية التي يجب ان تتوافر في الروضة من عدة جوانب .

1- من حيث الموقع :-
** بجب ان تكون قريبة من سكن الاطفال بحيث يسهل الوصول اليها و عادة ما يوصي بالاتبعد الدار عن مسكن الطفل اكثر من 300 متر .
** ان تكون الروضة في منطقه صحيه تتميز بالهواء النقي و الشمس الساطعه بالاضافه الي كونها في مكان هادئ بعيدا عن الضوضاء و اماكن الضرر و التلوث .
** يجب ان يكون المنظر العام للروضه بهيجا و جذابا بعيدا عن الشكل التقليدي المؤسسي الضخم
** ان يحيط الروضه سور ذو ارتفاع متوسط لحماية الاطفال من اخطار الحيوانات الضالة واخطار الطريق و لكن دون ان تحجب الرؤية للبيئة المحيطه خارج الروضه كما يجب ان يزرع حول السور اشجار متسلقة.
2- من حيث المبني :-
** ان يكون حجم الدار صغيرا بحيث تتسع لنحو 60 طفلا و طفلة يوزعون الي ثلاث قاعات
** كما يفضل ان يكون البناء من طابف واحد بحيث لايضطر الاطفال الي استخدام السلالم لما قد يشكل ذلك من مخاطر ععلي سلامه الاطفال .
** ان يكون شكل المبني قريبا من شكل المزل الصغير مما يساعد على اشاعة الشعور بالتماسك والانتماء والطمأنينة , فضلا عن سهولة الاشراف عليه .
**أن تزود كل النوافذ بسلك يمنع دخول الذباب.
3-بالنسبة لقاعات النشاط:-
أ-الشروط الواجب توافرها عند التخطيط لقاعات النشاط:-
عند التخطيط لأماكن النشاط (القاعات) يجب أن نعرف من سيستخدمها .
في مجال الروضات المتعلمين هم الأطفال الذين تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين 6:4 سنوات وأن ما سيتعلمونه تحت توجيه وأرشاد معلمة متخصصة ليس محددا مسبقا من جانب المعلمة ولكن سوف يتحدد من خلال اهتمامات الأطفال الشخصية وعملهم في الخامات المتاحة أمامهم .
لذلك فان غرفة النشاط يجب أن تقسم الى مناطق متعددة كل منها مجهز بخامات وأدوات خاصة بنشاط معين وهذه المناطق تسمي الأركان
ويجب أن نعلم أن كل نشاط من هذه الأنشطة يحتاج الي جو مختلف فمنها ما يحدث صخبا ومنها من يتطلب الهدوء لذا يجب أعداد الغرفة بحيث تكون الأنشطة الصاخبة بعيدا نوعا ما عن الأنشطة الهادئة.
** لذا يجب تنظيم الأثاث بحيث يتوفر به الأتى:-
1. أن تتاح رؤية كل الأنشطة من أى زاوية من الغرفة.
2. وجود أماكن توفر للأطفال العمل أو الأسترخاء بهدوء.
3. أن تشجع أقامة العلاقات المتبادلة بفاعلية.
4. أن تشبع أهتمامات أطفال الروضة.
5. أن توفر شروط الأمان للأطفال .
6. أن توضع الخامات والأدوات علي أرتفاع مناسب من الطفل وتكون على مستوي رؤية الطفل.
**مشتملات القاعة:-
يجب أن يتوافر فى القاعة ما يلى:-
1. مساحة من الاماكن المفتوحة لكل طفل.
2. أن تكون النوافذ منخفضة بالقدر الكافي لكى يرى الطفل ما بخارجها .
3. سبورة بطول2.30 -3.60م وذات ارتفاع 60سم من الأرض كما يفضل أن تكون بيضاء ومعدنية بحيث يمكن أستخدام الأقلام الملونة.
4. سبورة وبرية.
5. مناطق لعرض أعمال الأطفال ،ويجب أن تكون منخفضة بحيث تمكن الأطفال من عرض أعمالهم وتكون بمستوى نظرهم.
6. توافر مكان لكل طفل يتيح له تخزين أدواته الشخصية.
7. شماعات لتعليق الملابس الأضافية كالمعاطف ويفضل أن يكون قريب من مدخل الغرفة.
8. الأثاث يجب أن يناسب أحجام الأطفال ، وأن يكون قوى التحمل وجذابا ويسهل تحريكه.
9. منطقة مغطاه بالسجاد اذا كان باقى القاعة من البلاستيك.
10. وحدة لألعاب الماء (الطفو والغوص ).
11. مكان للاسترخاء.
3-البيئة الخارجية:-
يجب أن يشتمل الفناء على:-
1. مساحة للعب بعيدا عن المرور داخل الروضة وحولها السور.
2. منطقة مظللة للألعاب الخاصة بعربات الدفع والركوب.
3. مساحة كبيرة ومفتوحة للجرى والعاب المنظمة.
4. منطقة مغلقة لألعاب الرمل.
5. منطقة لأعمال الحفر والزراعة.
6. أدوات للتسلق مثل الأطارات الكبيرة ، وسلالم من الحبال...
ويجب أن نؤكد أهمية أشراف البالغين على هذه المناطق.
كما يجب أن تتم متابعة هذه الأدوات وصيانتها من أجل سلامة الطفل.


4-المرافق الصحية :-

** يفضل أن يكون لدورات المياه بابان أحدهما يفتح على قاعة النشاط وآخر يؤدى الى الحديقة مما يسهل الوصول اليها من جانب الأطفال.
**تجهيز دورات المياه بحوض أرضى لغسل الأقدام ويكون عادة بجوار الباب المؤدى للحديقة.
