وتُضْبَط بموجب قرار من وكيل وزارة الاقتصاد الوطني في المالية دفاتر الحسابات التي يجب أن تمسكها الجمعيات المشار إليها وكذلك الشروط التي تُسَلَّم بمقتضاها إلى الوزراء الميزانية والحسابات المشار إليها في الفقرة السابقة، وتجري على دفاتر الحسابات مراقبة مفتشي هذه الوزارة‏
