1- الالتزام بالحضور في المواعيد الرسميه للعمل.
2- الاهتمام بالمظهر الخارجي ( لبس + نظافة ).
3- الولاء للمؤسسة.
4- التعامل باحترام ولباقة وصدق مع زملاء العمل، والمحافظة على العلاقات سليمة وودية معهم دون تمييز، والحرص على إحترام خصوصياتهم.

6- الحرص على الإلمام بالقوانين والأنظمة النافذة وتطبيقها دون أي تجاوز أو مخالفة أو إهمال.
7- إعلام المسؤول المباشر عن أي تجاوز أو مخالفة أو صعوبات أواجهها في مجال العمل.
8- أداء واجبات الوظيفه ومهامها الموكلة إلي بنشاط وأمانة ودقة وبأقصى إمكانياتي.
9- تكريس أوقات الدوام الرسمي للقيام بمهام وواجبات الوظيفه.
10- عدم الالتهاء بأي شئ لا يخص العمل في أوقات الدوام الرسمي.(التحدث في الهاتف، اللعب،...)
11- الامتناع عن أي تصرفات أو ممارسات أو أعمال تنتهك الآداب والسلوك القويم.
12- عدم الخوض في أي آراء ونقاشات سياسية أو معتقدات دينية أو التحريض ضدها.
13- إحترام حقوق ومصالح الآخرين دون إستثناء.
14- التعامل مع الوثائق والمعلومات الشخصية المتعلقة بالأفراد بسرية تامة ووفقاً للقوانين والأنظمة المعمول بها، وعدم إستغلال هذه المعلومات لغايات شخصية.
15- التعامل مع الرؤساء باحترام وعدم محاولة كسب أي معاملة تفضيلية عبر أساليب الخداع أو من خلال الواسطة والمحسوبية.
