أوضح محامى المتهم فى دفاعه بأن العقد شريعة المتعاقدين ، وان العقد يبين كيفية الاستمرار في العمل ، وان جنحة الاحتيال يجب تدعيمها بمظاهر خارجية ، وطلب اصليا براءة موكله ، واحتياطيا احالة المطالبة المدنية للمحكمة المختصة ، فقررت المحكمة حجز الدعوى للحكم لجلسة اليوم .
