قرر مجلس مفوضي هيئة أسواق المال، في اجتماعه أمس، إحالة محافظ بنك الكويت المركزي د. محمد الهاشل إلى النيابة العامة (نيابة أسواق المال) في شبهة مخالفة عدد من مواد القانون رقم 7 لسنة 2010 بشأن إنشاء هيئة الأسواق.
وقالت مصادر مطلعة لـ"الجريدة" إن مجلس المفوضين "أحال المحافظ إلى النيابة بعد أن اكتتب في أسهم زيادة رأسمال أحد البنوك الخاضعة لرقابته، وهو ما يثير شبهة مخالفة القانون لأن المحافظ مطلع على المعلومات أو البيانات ذات الأثر الجوهري، والتي لم تكن متاحة للجمهور، ويكون بالتالي قد اطلع على معلومات سرية بنى عليها قراره في شراء الأسهم الجديدة من الاكتتاب، ولم تكن هذه المعلومات متاحة لبقية المساهمين"
