- يحضر النقد او الشيكات للإيداع ثم

- يحضر النقد او الشيكات للإيداع ثم تودع في حساب الجمعية في نهاية اليوم او في اليوم التالي او بما لا يتجاوز ال (72) ساعة من قبضها . ويتم تسجيل الايداعات بالدفاتر والسجلات المحاسبية بعد ان يتم ترحيلها في سجل الصندوق وعلى ان تكون عملية الإيداع معززة بقسيمة الإيداع . ويغلق سجل الايداعات شهرياً بموجب قيد شهري يتم ترحيله الى سجل الأستاذ العام .
