الإجازاتفي الثلاث الأشهر الأولى لن

الإجازات
في الثلاث الأشهر الأولى لن تقبل أي إجازه بأي عذر وستخصم من الراتب
أ‌- المرضية
1- تقبل الاعذار الطبية بشرط :
أ‌- اخبار المسؤول
ب‌- تسليم العذر الطبي موضح عليه وقت العلاج والتاريخ (أو صوره المعلومات من لاصق المركز)
ت‌- يسلم العذر الطبي عند أول يوم حضور بعد الاجازه.
ب‌- العادية
1- إجازة مكتوبة موقعه من المسؤول المباشر ---- تخصم من أيام الإجازة السنوية.
2- إجازة مكتوبة وفيها طلب الخصم من الراتب ---- تخصم من الراتب.
3- غياب من غير طلب اجازه أو عذر ---- تخصم من الراتب مع اتخاذ الاجراءات حسب القانون.
ت‌- الاجازه السنويه (بعد إكمال سنة من العمل)
1- يجب تقديم الاجازة السنوية (ملئ الاستماره) بعد التنسيق مع المسؤول المباشر والتوقيع عليها في الشهر الأول من السنه الميلاديه. (سيتم تحديد تاريخ استلام)
2- لن تقبل الاجازات السنوية في شهر ديسمبر وذلك للجرد، وشهر يناير حيث يكون تبعات ومراجعات الجرد.
ث‌- وفاة أحد الأقارب
1- إخبار المسؤول المباشر حال العلم.
2- تسليم شهادة الوفاه حال استلامها وكتابة صلة القرابه عليها.
3- تحتسب الأيام حسب درجة القرابه في قانون العمل لمملكه البحرين.
4- تقديمها قبل إصدار الرواتب.
عند خروج أي موظف للإجازه فعلى الزملاء تغطية المهام التي كان يقوم بها فيما بينهم.

حقوق الموظف في العمل :
1- تحديد مهامه ومسؤولياته وما يتوقع منه من إنجاز.
2- احترام الموظف وتقدير عمله.

5- له الحق بالتظلم أو الشكوى من أي قرار خاطئ اتخذ بحقه وتوضيح الأسباب وفقاً لأحكام النظام.
6- تبادل الاحترام بين الموظفي الشركه.
