3.2.1 يجب أن يتم إعداد مصفوفة صلاحي

3.2.1 يجب أن يتم إعداد مصفوفة صلاحيات خاصة بنطاق المبالغ وصلاحيات التوقيع.3.2.2 جميع عمليات الصرف يجب أن تتم الموافقة عليها حسب جدول الصلاحيات والمهام. 3.2.3 جميع عمليات الصرف (شيكات/ تحويلات بنكية) يجب أن يكون مرفق معها مستندات ملائمة تثبت عملية الصرف (طلب صرف معتمد/ فاتورة معتمدة/ طلب شراء/ مذكرة استلام.....) وأية مستندات أخرى تطلبها المالية لاعتماد الصرف. 3.2.4 يجب ان يتم الفصل بين الأنشطة التالية المتعلقة بعملية الصرف في الشركة للحفاظ على مبدأ فصل المهام:
