حيث ان المتهمين الاول والثاني والثالث والخامس والسادس والسابع ارتكب كل منهم عدة افعال , فان المحكمة تحكم لكل فعل بعقوبة , ثم تجمع العقوبات بحق كل واحد منهم منها عملا بنص المادة (89) من قانون الجزاء حسبما يرد بالمنطوق .
