تشكل الاتفاقية الحاضرة و الشروط العامة لفتح حساب جاري مكشوف لجهة فريق واحد (في ما يلي "الشروط العامة") التي وقع العميل عليها و التي تطبق على كل ما لا يخالف أحكام الاتفاقية الحاضرة، كامل الاتفاقية الموقعة بين المصرف و العميل.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:

The Convention is present and the General conditions for opening a current account open for a team (in the following "general terms"), which was signed by the client and applied to everything that is not contrary to the provisions of the present Convention, the full Convention signed between the Bank and the client.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 2:

The Convention and the present general conditions to open a current account open in terms of one team (in the following "General Conditions"), which was signed by the client and which apply to all what does not violate the provisions of the present agreement, the entire agreement signed between the bank and the client.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 3:

The Convention is present, the general conditions for opening an account being exposed for one team (the "general conditions"), which caused the customer apply to all present and does not contravene the provisions of the Convention, full agreement signed by the bank, and
