5- تعيين الباخرة : أ- على البائع أن يُشعر المشتري عن تعيين الباخرة المختارة للشحن خلال خمسة أيام، قبل ابتداء الشحن وإرسال مواصفات الباخرة (Q88) لقبولها من قبل المشتري، على أن يتم التنسيق في حالة أي تغيير يطرأ لإختيار باخرة أخرى. ب- يمكن استخدام البواخر ذات الحمولة 65 ألف طن، وغاطس 11.50 متراً وطول 235متراً، وإذا تعدى غاطس الباخرة هذه القياسات تتولى شركة مصافي عدن توفير المرسى المناسب إذا توفر، على ألا تتحمل دعوى التأخير في إنتظار المرسى، وفي كل الأحول يجب أن تكون الباخرة التي ستحمل الشحنة تتناسب في حجمها وقياساتها مع المراسي المتوفرة في موانئ عدن ومصافي الزيت في الجمهورية اليمنية.
