عدم إحداث أي تعديلات في الأجزاء المشتركة بغير موافقة جميع الملاك واعتماد التعديل من مهندس نقابي معتمد على ألا يمس هذا التعديل بأي حال من الأحوال الأعمدة أو الأساسات الخرسانية .
يتعهد الطرف الثاني بتحمل نصيبه من تكاليف حفظ وصيانة الأجزاء المشتركة في إدارتها وتحديدها ويكون نصيبه في هذه التكاليف بنسبة في الوحدة المباعة من تاريخ تسليمها إياه .
الالتزام بعدم اتخاذ أي إجراء يؤثر على المظهر العام مع مراعاة الحرص على المظهر الخارجي والمحافظة التامة على سلامة العقار
على الطرف الثاني الالتزام بالصيانة والإصلاحات اللازمة للجزء الخاص به
