البائع لم يشحن السلعة في المرة الاولى ولم يتم اخباري حتى تم التواصل معة وتم تمديد الوقت شهرين مرة اخرة وبعدها تم التواصل معة قال ان الشحنة ضائعة وبعد انتظار اربع اشهر قال افتح منازعة وسترد نقودك
