المعاملات المالية الإلكترونية

يجوز للجامعة اعتماد المعاملات الإلكترونية وقبول إرسال وتسلم السجلات المالية والتوقيعات الإلكترونية، وذلك بموجب قرار يصدر من المستوى الإداري الأول يحدد نطاق ومجال قبول إرسال وتسلم السجلات والتوقيعات الإلكترونية، في ضوء أحكام المرسوم بقانون رقم (28) لسنة 2002 بشأن المعاملات الإلكترونية.
