3- رسملة الأصول الثابتة3.1 يجب رسملة الأصول الثابتة إذا كانت هناك نية لاستخدامها باستمرار خلال حياة الشركة الطبيعية وحال تحقق الشروط التالية:✓ . أن تكون هذه الأصول موجودة بصورة فعلية (بما في ذلك البرمجيات والأنظمة الحاسوبية). ✓ أن تكون لهذه الأصول عمر افتراضي مقدر يتجاوز سنة على الأقل. ✓ . أن تكون لهذه الأصول تكلفة مساوية أو تتجاوز الحد الأدنى للرسملة.✓ . أن تكون هذه الأصول لم يتم اقتناءها بغرض إعادة بيعها.3.2 على شركة أساسيات الغذاء أن تضع حدود رسملة الأصول الثابتة كالآتي:✓ . الأراضي والمباني يجب رسملتها بالكامل. ✓ أي أصل ثابت آخر بلغت قيمته أو تجاوزت مبلغ (ألف) ريال.
