من خلال المناقشات والاجتماعات تم الاستنتاج أن أعضاء اللجان بحاجة لمعرفة كيفية قراءة وتحليل الموازنة التقديرية لهدف دعمهم وفهمهم للموازنات أثناء الضغط والمناصرة من اجل حل القضايا التي اختارتها اللجان للعمل عليها ،ولها الاولويه في حلها،لذلك ارتأينا إلى عمل ورشة تدريبية تهدف لخلق قدرة لاعضاء اللجان من قراءة الموازنات والخطط الإستراتيجية الخاصة بالبلديات وفهم كل جزء لدعم نقاشهم مع البلدية بخصوص قضاياهم وغيرها من المشاكل التي تواجههم

Through discussions and meetings it was concluded that Committee members need to know how to read and analyze the projected budget to target their support and understanding of budgets, while pressure and advocacy in order to resolve the issues chosen by committees to work on them, and a priority to solve, so we decided to work training workshop aims to create the ability for members to read budgets and strategic plans for municipalities and understand each part of their talk with the support of the municipality regarding their issues and other problems facing

Through discussions and meetings, it was concluded that the members of the committees need to learn how to read and analyze the estimated budget to target their support and their understanding of the budgets during the lobbying and advocacy to solve the issues selected by committees to work on them, and have priority in solving it, so we decided to work training workshop aimed to create the ability for members of the committees of the Reading budgets and strategic plans for the municipalities and understanding of each part to support their discussion with the municipality about their issues and other problems they face
