المضافة بالقانون 100 لسنة 1985
قد نصت على
إذا امتنعت الزوجة عن طاعة الزوج دون حق
يتم إيقاف نفقة الزوجة
من تاريخ الامتناع
وتعتبر ممتنعة إذا لم تعدل لمنزل الزوجية
بعد دعوة الزوج لها للعودة
بالإعلان على يد محضر
بشخصها أو من ينوب عنها
وذلك في خلال ثلاثون يوماً من تاريخه
