بعد اكتمال اجراءات التحقيق, تم تقدي

بعد اكتمال اجراءات التحقيق, تم تقديم المتهم الى محكمة لوى الجزائية لمعاقبته وادانته وفق المادة (31 بدلالة المادة 7 و 10 و 11) من قانون حماية البيئة ومكافحة التلوث .
كما تم تداول الدعوى بمحكمة لوى الابتدائية , فى جلسة 24/2/2016 " حكمت المحكمة بعدم اختصاصها مكانيا بنظر الدعوى واحالتها الى المحكمة الابتدائية فى صحار لتنظر بإحدى جلساتها لشهر ابريل 2016 " .

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:

After completion of the investigation, the accused were presented to the Criminal Court of Louis to punish him and convicted under article (31 in terms of article 7, 10 and 11) of the environmental protection and pollution control Act.As the trial court proceedings Louis trading, at the hearing on 24/2/2016, "ruled the Court had no jurisdiction spatial hearing and referred to the Court of first instance in Sohar to consider one meeting for April 2016.

After the investigation is complete, the accused was presented to the Court of Criminal Wii to punish him and convicted in accordance with Article (31 in terms of Article 7, 10 and 11) of the Environmental Protection and Pollution Control Act.
As a trade case the Court of First Instance for Wii, in session 02/24/2016 "Hikmat the court has no jurisdiction spatially consideration of the case and referred to the Court of First Instance in Sohar to consider one of the meetings for the month of April 2016 ".
