• إذا تجاوزت الغرامة النسبة أو المدة المحددة في الفقرة السابقة فيكتفى بالغرامة المحددة ومصادرة ضمان الاداء وذلك بعد اتخاذ الإجراءات المنصوص عليها في هذه اللائحة.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:
