المعلم له دور فعال جدا في عميلة التعليم بشكل عام.
اولا ؛ فإنه يوصل المعلومه لدى الطالب بشكل اسرع من ان يتلاقاها من الكتاب.
كما انه يرفع الجهل لدى المتعلم .
ويتناقش مع طلابه مايستصعب عليهم في امور دراستهم.
وايضا يقوم بتوعية الامه بأمور دينهم ويوضح لهم شريعة الله عز وجل
