5- لا يجوز التصرف في أي مبلغ من أموال ( الجمعية / المشروع ) لغير الأغراض المخصصة لها وحسب ما ورد في النظام الأساسي وذلك من اجل تحقيق اهداف (الجمعية / المشروع ) .
