اثناء اخذ ممرض فترة استراحه , انا ذهبت لأساعد ممرضه في اعطاء الدواء الى مريض وكان يوجد دواء لأرتفاع ضغط الدم , قلت لممرض لازم قياس قبل ان نعطيه الدواء و اتضح ان المريض لديه انخفاض في ضغط الدم و هي قالت سأبلغ الدكتور بذلك
