1. متابعة الصفقات المنفذة في نظام التداول والتأكد من سلامتها ومدى إنسجامها مع الاحكام المنظمة للمقاصة والتسوية.
2. مراقبة إستلام الصفقات المنفذة في نظام التداول (online) ومعالجتها في حالة وجود إشكاليات.
3. متابعة الصفقات العالقة في نظام (UCSD) والتنسيق مع شركات الوساطة لمعالجة اسباب التعليق.
4. التاكد من تطابق إحتساب فوائد السندات للصفقات المنفذة بنظام التداول بسوق مسقط للأوراق المالية بالمقارنة مع تفاصيل بيانات السندات المسجلة في نظام (UCSD).
5. التأكد من تطابق بيانات(النشرة اليومية) مع بيانات تقرير التداول من نظام المقاصة والايداع(UCSD).
6. التأكد من تطابق بيانات تقرير السوق (تفاصيل بيانات التداول) مع بيانات تقرير التداول من نظام المقاصة والايداع(UCSD).
7. التأكد من عمليات قبول ورفض الصفقات الخاصة بعملاء الحافظ الامين بالتنسيق مع أمناء الحفظ.
8. التأكد من تطابق مخرجات تقرير التسوية النقدية والسهمية مع مخرجات تقرير التسوية الصادر من نظام التداول.
9. تعديل الصفقات المنفذة بالخطأ عن طريق شركات الوساطة حسب الضوابط المعمول بها في هذا الشأن.
10. تجزئة الاوامر الخاصة حسب نص المادة (90) من اللائحة التنفيذية لقانون سول راس المال.
11. إلغاء الصفقات المنفذة المخالفة للقوانين واللوائح حسب التعليمات الصادرة عن سوق مسقط للاوراق المالية.
12. تأجيل أو تقديم موعد التسوية النقدية والسهمية حسب الاجراءات المتبعة في هذا الشأن.
