و 10.000 ريال عن كلا من المخالفات التالية: (عدم التزام المنشاة بإعداد سجل تقيد به الغرامات التي توقعها على العمال وتصرف صاحب العمل في هذه الغرامات بما لا يعود بالنفع عليهم أو دون الرجوع إلى اللجنة العمالية في المنشأة أو موافقة الوزارة في حالة عدم وجود لجنة عمالية بالمنشأة وزيادة عدد ساعات العمل أكثر مما نصت عليه المادة (98) دون التكليف بالعمل الإضافي، إلى جانب عدم منح العامل يوم راحة في الأسبوع دون التكليف بمهام إضافية).
