إن تراخي أي طرف في المطالبة بأي حق

إن تراخي أي طرف في المطالبة بأي حق له مترتب على هذا العقد لا يمكن أن يفسر على أنه تنازلاً منه عن ذلك الحق مهما طالت المدة حيث أن هذا لا يؤثر بأي حال من الأحوال على سريان بنود هذا العقد ويحق له في أي وقت ممارسة حقه والمطالبة بهذا الحق من جديد. إن أية تنازلات أو تعديلات تتعلق بهذا العقد لا تعتبر نافذة مالم تكن خطية وموقعة أصولاً من قبل الطرفين.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:
