يتعلق هذا العقد في كل ما يتعلق بتنفيذه و تفسيره إلى احكام القانون الليبي، و تختص المحاكم الليبية بالنظر في اي نزاع ينشأ عن تنفيذه او تفسيره في حالة عدم الوصول إلى حل ودي للنزاع

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:
