لا يجوز لأي مسئول أو موظف في الجمعي

لا يجوز لأي مسئول أو موظف في الجمعية التقدم بعطاء سواءً بنفسه أو بالواسطة أو بأسماء شركاء له بصورة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة في أي مناقصة أو مزايدة ، إلا إذا كانت عملية المزايدة قاصرة على العاملين في الجمعية وفيما يخص المبيعات المخصصة للاستعمال الشخصي ويستثنى من أحكام هذه المادة شراء الكتب والبحوث والاعمال الفنية والاختراعات.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:

No official or employee of the Assembly bid, either by itself or with the vehicle or the names of his partners directly or indirectly in any tender or auction, but if the bidding process limited to staff in the Assembly and in respect of sales allocated to personal use are excluded from the provisions of this article to buy books and research works of art and invention.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 2:

No official or employee shall in the Assembly bidding, whether in person or by proxy or the names of his partners directly or indirectly in any tender or bid, but if the bidding process is limited to working in the Assembly and in terms of intended for use by sales of personal and exempted from the provisions of this Article the purchase of books and research, works of art and inventions.
