السادة شركه ويليسمن بدايه التعاقد و نحن نواجه مشاكل عديدة مع تعاقدنا معكم و مع العلم ان مهمتكم ادارة حسابنا لديكم و لكن لم يحدث هكذا و تم مواجهه مشاكل عديدة و هى : 1- كافه الاجراءات التى تخص الحذف و الاضافه بوجد به مشاكل مع شركه اليانز 2- لا يوجد متابعه من خلالكم الا بعد شهر 9 و عند استلام ا / زينيب حسابنا و بعد محادثتنا لكم 3- لا يوجد تجهيز للعروض للتجديد مع شركات اخرى و للعلم ان تعاقدنا مع اليانز سوف ينتهى 31- 12- 2019 لذلك نرجو من سيادتكم تحديد مقابله معكم لكى يتم تنسيق الاتى فى اسرع و قت .
