في ضوء هدف البحث تفترح الباحثة الفروض التالية:-
1- توجد فروق دالة احصائية بين القياس القبلي والبعدي لمجموعة البحث في سرعة رد الفعل المركب وذلك لصالح القياس البعدي.
2- توجد فروق دالة احصائية بين القياس القبلى والبعدي لمجموعة البحث في تحمل الأداء وذلك لصالح القياس البعدي.
٣- توجد فروق دالة احمائية بين القياس القبلي والبعدي لمجموعة البحث في الهجوم المضاد وذلك لصالح القياس البعدى.
4- يوجد تفاوت في نسب التحسن لنتائج المباريات فى سرعة رد الفعل المركب وتحمل الأداء والهجوم المضاد.
