4- لا يجوز للجان بأستخدام مبلغ السل

4- لا يجوز للجان بأستخدام مبلغ السلفة المستلمة من قبلها لغير الاغراض التي منحت من اجلها وعليها انهاء اعمالها ضمن المده المحددة لها واطفاء مبلغ السلفة ولا يحق لها صرف اي مبلغ بعد انتهاء الفترة المحددة لها .
