انا اتفهم عدم استطاعتك الحضور للاجتماع الذي حددته لك بالامس
سيد سلطان لقد قمت بمراجعة الشكوى المقدمه من قبلكم واجتمعت مع اثنان من مدراء المجموعات المدرسية بهذا الخصوص ومن هذا المنطلق وجدنا انه يتوجب عليك أن:
1. ملء نموذج تقييم الأداء الذاتي لمديري المدارس وتسليمه غدا، كما كان مقررا، من قبل المديرك المباشر ريتا ،وأحد مسؤولي التقييم بريجيد كينيدي.
2. سيتم إجراء التقييم في حضور اثنين من كبار مدراء مجموعة المدارس، السيد / غاري الدير - مدير مجموعة المدارس للمنطقة الغربية، والسيد / محمد حسين – مدير مجموعة مدارس، حيث ان هذه العملية ليست جزءا من التقييم ولكنها من اجل فرض مراقبة متقنه على العملية برمتها.
3. كما جاء في بروتوكول ودليل التقييم الذي تم أرساله إلى مديري المدارس: يجب أن تقدم التقييم الذاتي لمديرك المباشر - ريتا، فيما بعد ذلك سيقوم فريق التقييم بالتركيز على نقاط الخلاف إن وجدت، حيث يمكنك تقديم أدلة وبراهين لدعم تقييمك، ملاحظة: كل النقاط المتفق عليها من قبل مديرك المباشر أو المشرف لن يتم مناقشتها في هذا الاجتماع.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:

I understand you can't attend the meeting set by you yesterday.Mr Sultan I've reviewed the complaint filed by you and I met with two of the principals and school groups from this standpoint, we found that you have to:1. fill out a form self performance appraisal principals and delivered tomorrow, as planned, by direct almderk Rita, one evaluation officials Brigid Kennedy.2. the evaluation will be conducted in the presence of two senior managers of a group of schools, Mr Gary Convent-School Group Manager for the Western region, Mohammed Hussein, Director of schools, so that this process is not part of the assessment, but for an elaborate control of the whole process.3. as stated in the Protocol and evaluation manual that was sent to the principals: self assessment must be submitted to your manager-Rita, thereafter the evaluation team will focus on sticking points that I found where you can present evidence and proofs to support your evaluation, note: all points agreed by direct Manager or supervisor will not be discussed at this meeting.
