In HCM Implementation, the Business Group is the top most organization and it is mandatory as it serves as an umbrella for the entire implementation. All organizations are created under this Enterprise. In Human Resource, Departments are defined in order to represent the grouping of employees where they work. Department represents managerial groupings of an enterprise.
