يجوز فتح العطاء الوحيد المقدم في المناقصة ، وتتبع بشأنه إجراءات فتح المظاريف المنصوص عليها هذه اللائحة ، وإذا تبين بعد التحليل والتقييم أنه مطابق للشروط والمواصفات وكافة المتطلبات الأخرى المحددة في وثائق المناقصة

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:

The tender may be opened only in the auction, and would follow the opening procedure prescribed by these regulations, if after analysis and evaluation, it is identical to the conditions and specifications and all other requirements specified in the tender documentation
