2. قبل الطرف الثاني بان يعمل لدى الطرف الاول بمهنة ( مديراً فنياً للفريق الكروي الاول بالنادي ) .
3. يعمل بهذا العقد اعتباراً من 2/9/2016م وحتى نهاية مشاركات النادي الداخلية والخارجية لم يطرأ ما يستوجب الغائه.
4. راتب شهري 1.500 ريال ( الف وخمسمائة ريال عماني ) تدفع نهاية كل شهر .
5. يستحق الطرف الثاني مكافاة الفوز في المباريات الرسمية وقدرها 40 ريال عماني ( اربعون ريالاً عمانياً ) ويمكن لإدارة رفع مكافأة الفوز وفق ما تراه مناسب
6. لا يجوز للطرف الثاني التعاقد مع أي جهة اخرى قبل إنتهاء مدة هذا العقد الا بعد الحصول علي الاستغناء والموافقة الخطية من الطرف الاول او في حالة فسخ العقد بين الطرفين
7. يوفر الطرف الاول للطرف الثاني ما يلي :-
