كل جمعية تقوم بنشاط غير النشاط المقرر في قوانينها الأساسية يمكن فسخها طبق الإجراءات المنصوص عليها في الفصل السابع، ويعاقب مسيرو الجمعية بغرامة تتراوح بين 2100 و 5000 درهم وذلك بصرف النظر عن العقوبات المُقَررة في التشريع الجنائي.‏
